Free key-return service
Have you lost your keys ? No problem: with the Feelgood’s card, your lost keys can be returned to you. Our key-return service is free of charge, available at all times, and offered to all Feelgood’s customers. Just remember to attach your Feelgood’s card to your keyring !
How the Feelgood’s loyalty card works
Collecting points is easy: simply present your Feelgood’s card with each purchase and your account will be credited with additional points (excluding flat fees and taxes). At the end of each quarter, we send you a Feelgood’s account statement, provided you have collected the minimum required number of points.*
With your account statement, you receive one or more Feelgood’s vouchers depending on the number of points collected, with a value of:
- CHF 10.–
- CHF 20.–
Exemple:
1000 points entitle you to a CHF 10.– Feelgood’s voucher. You can exchange Feelgood’s vouchers for cash or, even better, use them for your next purchase in a Feelgood’s pharmacy and enjoy an additional 25% bonus on their face value.
Exemple:
CHF 10 voucher: CHF 10.– when exchanged for cash, or CHF 12.50 when used as a purchase credit.
CHF 20 voucher: CHF 20.– when exchanged for cash, or CHF 25.– when used as a purchase credit.
